The Board of Directors has constituted the Code of Conducts to promote good corporate governance and exemplary personal conduct with the Company. The Code of Conducts is applicable to all directors and senior managerial personnel of the Company. The Company is committed to follow best practices and good corporate governance. It abides by rules and guidelines as laid down by the Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
